You will obtain most standard pork cuts: roasts, pork chops, steaks, ground meat. Meat quarters must be picked up on the farm within one week of completion. We do not ship meat. Price per quarter is $185. Price per half is $330. Cost per pound averages from $2.90 to $3.25 (hanging weight) depending on the size of the animal you purchase. | We sell Grass Fed beef by the quarter, half and whole. Our beef is professionally butchered, wrapped and frozen. You will obtain most standard beef cuts: roasts, a variety steaks, ground meat. At the time of processing you may make special requests. Meat quarters must be picked up on the farm within one week of completion. We do not ship meat. We sell our beef by the "hanging weight" and each steers size varies. Our animals are always pasture raised and grass fed. Read more about beef prices. |
