Grass fed beef by the quarter
You will receive approximately 75 - 110 pounds of frozen vacuum-sealed
meat cuts. You provide the cutting orders, but you can obtain most standard
beef cuts: roasts, steaks, ground meat.
Meat quarters must be picked up on the farm within one week of
completion. We do not ship meat.

Price per quarter is $475.
Cost per finished pound averages from $4.30 to $5.70 depending on the
size of the animal you purchase.

Our beef prices include hanging weight,  and cutting and wrapping.

Organic fed pork by the quarter
You will receive approximately 30-55 pounds of frozen vacuum-sealed meat
cuts. You will obtain most standard pork cuts: hams, pork chops, steaks,
and ground meat.
Meat quarters must be picked up on the farm within one week of completion.

Price per quarter is $150.
Cost per pound averages from $2.90 to $4.30 depending on the size of the
animal you purchase.

Our pork prices include hanging weight, smoking, cutting and wrapping.

Organic fed chicken
Chickens are currently being sold to CSA members only. Members may
order additional birds for $13.50 each. Average finished bird weight is from
4 to 6 pounds.
